Betsy Cañas Garmon

I am the creative coach, spiritual director, and book artist behind Betsy Garmon Studios. I created the online journaling courses Soul Cartography and Paint Your Prayers. I have over 30 years of teaching experience in the Atlanta creative community and currently hold workshops and creative circles on modern journal-keeping with a deep emphasis on sacred soul work and spirituality for the second half of life.
